5 axis CNC Laser cutter for medical use. I worked on this project in a tech lead position and made firmware, main hardware design. The machine has 2 rotated axes and 3 linear axes. CO2 laser. Freon chiller for cooling laser tube. The machine has active ventilation and purges with argon in the laser area. User-Friendly control panel. Users select only 3D DXF files. SW has a postprocessor that calculates 5 axis trajectory and automatically starts cutting.
